Hermans Technisolar assisted the Shell gas station in Tilburg with its sustainability and energy generation efforts by integrating our Powerglaz solar panels into the station’s roof.
To make the energy consumption of the Shell gas station in Tilburg more sustainable, a solution for generating solar energy was sought. In addition to the standard solar panels installed on the roof, we provided custom-made Powerglaz solar panels. These panels not only generate solar energy but also allow light to pass through the roof, preventing unnecessary shading.
A total of 44 Powerglaz solar panels were installed on the roof of the Shell gas station, with a total installed capacity of 10,120 W/p. This sustainable solution contributes to energy savings and the station’s overall sustainability efforts.
