We were asked to support the Four Elements Hotel (Former Hotel Breeze) in creating the first (n) Zero Energy Hotel, with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
Our solution involved seamlessly integrating solar panels to the façade, keeping the buildings natural stone colour aesthetics.
We delivered 63 solar panels in 12 different sizes which were integrated as a canopy.
The Four Elements Hotel is now able to harnesses sunlight and wind to heat and cool the living spaces. This smart combination of solar heating with specialised air circulation provides naturally heated water as well as ventilation to the rooms.
